    • How long until I receive my photos? I take great care in editing and delivering high-quality images. You can expect your final photos within 2-3 weeks after your session. If you need them sooner, let me know, and I’ll see if a rush order is possible.

    • Can I get the RAW files? I do not provide RAW files, as they are unfinished images that do not fully represent my work. However, if you have a specific reason for needing them, we can discuss it further, and I’ll decide on a case-by-case basis.

    • Do you edit bodies or facial features? I do not make drastic body or face alterations. However, I do offer minor retouching such as acne removal, flyaway hairs, and small corrections upon request. My goal is to keep your photos natural while enhancing the final look.

    • What payment methods do you accept? Payments can be made online or arranged through other money transfer apps. A non-refundable retainer is required on the day your session is confirmed to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the photo session or before the final photographs delivery.

    • Where do sessions take place? Branding sessions can take place at your workspace, outdoors, in a rented studio, or in another location that fits your brand’s aesthetic. If you need location ideas, I’m happy to help find the perfect setting.

    • Do you offer refunds? The retainer fee is non-refundable since it secures your session date and time. If an emergency arises, we can discuss rescheduling options.

    • What if I need to reschedule? Life happens, and I totally understand! If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance, and we can arrange a new date.
